#1 Girls Mentoring Group

#1Girls is a group of foster, adopted or kinship girls ages 12 years and up created to build a sisterhood of resilience. By meeting once a month to explore our community and the outdoors, we help girls navigate trauma and anxiety with confidence. Our mission is to equip every girl to advocate for herself while grounding her in the truth that she is a divine masterpiece with a
unique purpose.

We work with the girls on:
- Social Anxiety
- Self Advocacy
- Self Esteem
- Self-Worth
- How to be good friends
- How to make friends
- How to build trust with their team members
- Community (Friendship with other girls that have foster/Adoption/kinship in
common)

Please note: This group has a maximum capacity of 12 girls. When we are at that number your teen will be placed on a first come first serve basis on a waitlist.
